More Oldies

Check this out:

She is clutching that churro like it's the last one at the park!

Do you guys remember the Bug's Life ride? What a lame waste of time! Disney knew it was not good so they got rid of it only a few years after it opened.  When they opened Disney California Adventure it was kinda low rent. Disney learned that their customers expect something better than a cheap county fair situation. Lucky for us we have a bit of documented evidence:

Here's a video

Check out this picture from a long, long time ago:

When we first started going to Disneyland we just parked at the Mickey and Friends Parking Garage. We didn't know any better so that's what we did.  The security lines were awful.  The giant escalators are cool! Now, Universal Studios has escalators and I think they are longer than the Disney ones, but the parking escalator is pretty long!  You can tell we are on our way into the park because there are still smiles!

One more. A fun little video riding the escalator and I'm taking video and Gage is pointing out that I "care about the blog so much!"  Sound up for this one!

The long story continues:

Encounter with Kylo Ren

As they made their way further into Galaxy’s Edge, they suddenly spotted a tall, menacing figure striding toward them: Kylo Ren. His dark cape billowed behind him, and his ominous presence sent a shiver down everyone’s spine.

The families watched in awe as he walked past, and then, without warning, he stopped and turned to face them.

"The First Order is the dominant force in the galaxy," Kylo Ren said in a low, threatening voice. His gaze swept over the group, and he pointed directly at Lincoln. "Remember that, young one."

Lincoln froze, eyes wide, and nodded quickly. "Y-yes, sir!" he stammered.

"Good," Kylo Ren replied, his voice dripping with authority. With that, he turned and marched away, leaving the families in stunned silence.

"Well, that was… intense," Lissa said, blinking.

"Yeah, I don’t think he’s a fan of Blue Milk either," Scot joked, trying to lighten the mood.
